New Feature Spotlight: Follow-Up Testing for longitudinal care

We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature that makes MindMetrix even more valuable for providers delivering ongoing mental health care: Follow-Up Testing.

Here’s how it works:

• For any adult patient who completed a MindMetrix assessment two or more months ago, you’ll now see a “Send a Follow-Up Test” button at the top of their record.
• The follow-up assessment is a streamlined version: shorter, quicker to complete, and pre-filled with the patient’s demographic data.
• It can be readministered as often as clinically appropriate, though we recommend retesting every 6–12 months for most patients receiving ongoing care.

By making it easier to capture standardized, time-sensitive data, Follow-Up Testing helps clinicians:

• Track improvement or deterioration in symptoms
• Spot diagnostic shifts that may emerge as treatment progresses
• Provide stronger documentation for evolving treatment plans and reimbursement

We show improvement over time by calculating this time's test scores overall, compared to last time. With this new feature, MindMetrix becomes more than a point-in-time diagnostic tool, it becomes a foundation for longitudinal, evidence-informed care.
