This feedback has shaped our latest payment option.

We know that balancing costs while delivering comprehensive care is no easy feat, so we wanted to create a solution that works for both you and your patients. With the Patient-Pay option, MindMetrix remains fully accessible to your practice with no upfront costs or monthly subscription fees. Here's how it works:

Full access with no subscription fees

Providers can access MindMetrix’s comprehensive mental health assessments without any ongoing subscription fees. This ensures your practice can use our tools and its updated features without worrying about a monthly commitment.

Patient pays MindMetrix directly 

Patients pay a flat fee of $59 directly to MindMetrix at the start of the assessment. This simple, straightforward payment structure helps patients understand the cost and ensures there are no surprises.

How it works

You order the assessment from your provider portal just as you would with a subscription. When the patient begins their assessment after clicking their secure link via email, they will be taken to a page that explains the process, its clinical value, and a note about the cost:

You can still bill for 96130

Even with this patient-pay model, you can still bill for the results review sessions using the 96130 CPT code. This allows you to receive reimbursement for your time, helping to maintain the financial health of your practice.
