One of the challenges many providers face is the uncertainty surrounding insurance reimbursements for specific CPT codes. It’s understandable—investing in a new tool can feel like a risk when you’re unsure if the associated billing code, such as 96130, will be covered by payors. Most MindMetrix customers report having consistent success with 96130 reimbursements, however, there are practices where, because of how their billing procedures are handled, they can not be reimbursed.

Here’s how it works:

• If none of your payors cover the 96130 code, you are eligible for a discounted subscription fee.
• To activate this discount, you’ll need to provide proof of denial from payors.

Simply email support@mindmetrix.com with a screenshot, a policy or article from an organization that handles your billing, or an email with a "we will not reimburse" type of statement or another piece of evidence, and we will review it promptly.
